Rosenbaum Building
The Deen Building was donated to Mississippi State University and renovated by The Riley Foundation, opening in January 2012. Named in honor of longtime philanthropist Robert B. Deen Jr., whose work as president and chairman of The Riley Foundation significantly impacted education and opportunity in the region, the building serves as an extension of his service. Home to MSU-Meridian's School of Nursing and School of Healthcare Professions, the 20,000-square-foot structure features six state-of-the-art classrooms, a computer laboratory, two conference rooms, faculty offices and student study spaces.
Rosenbaum Building
The former historic Kress Building was named after the late Meridian businessman and Riley Foundation co-founder I.A. “Alfred” Rosenbaum. The three-story facility houses the state's first publicly funded Master of Physician Assistant Studies program and Mississippi’s sole provisionally accredited Interprofessional Simulation Center. The facility also contains a library funded by a grant from the Phil Hardin Foundation as well as a Bulldog Shop featuring MSU apparel, cheese, ice cream and sandwiches.
